  1. Marinate snapper in SUNSAUCE Suki Sauce for 10 minutes. Fry marinated snapper in hot oil until done, drained off the oil.
  2. Place lettuce, onion slices, tomato and fried snapper on a bread and cover with another bread, cut in 4 parts, put on platter. Repeat the process until done. Ready to serve.
